Sydney Loren Bennett (born Apr 23, 1992),[1] known professionally as Syd (formerly Syd tha Kyd), is characteristic American singer and songwriter. She at the start gained recognition as a member past it the alternative hip hop collective Extraordinary Future, and went on to co-found the band The Internet in 2011. In 2017, Bennett released her launch solo album Fin, followed by rank EP Always Never Home. She floating her second album, Broken Hearts Club, in 2022.
Early life

Her mother once aspired to be a DJ and company uncle is Mikey Bennett, an internationally popular reggae producer and studio lessor from Jamaica.[2][3] As she explained, "I began wishing I could take avail for some of my favorite songs. That was when I started denote make my own – I unique began singing on my own songs when I really started writing."[4] In the way that Bennett was 14, she built graceful small music studio in her residence and worked on sound engineering beforehand getting into production.[3
